Hello! Im Chelsey, the owner of Rustic Luxe Balloons! Im so happy you found me! I have a deep passion for anything balloons! Sounds crazy right? Why balloons? Well, I was quickly know by my family as the “Party Thrower” and of course every party had to have a balloon arch or photo backdrop! I loved the thought of designing and putting together every aspect of the party. The balloon arch or party backdrop was for the sole purpose of getting everyone at the party to take photos with friends and loved ones to remember every special occasion we celebrated.

So now you may be thinking Why me? What makes Rustic Luxe Balloons different? I pride myself as not being “ just an order taker” or someone just fufilling orders and moving on to the next project.
